Factors such as delivery speed to us, cleaning, testing, (repairs if necessary), replacement part acquisition, etc... keep us from accurately being able to give an estimate on these orders.
We build each controller at the time you place the order according to the options you select. This is why you can add your name, change the colors, and customize the order the exact way you want it.
Once we receive your order it immediately begins being processed by one of our controller technicians.
A brand new controller is taken out of the box, indexed in our build catalog and issued a unique serial number linking your controller to the customer that ordered it.
The controller is completely disassembled and each part is labeled with the matching unique serial number. (Shell, buttons, thumbsticks, trim, motherboard, ribbon cables, triggers, screws, battery, chassis, and frame)
Cleaning - each painted part is hand cleaned to remove oils and dirt
Pretreatment - chemically preps the parts for customization.
Masking - protecting sensitive areas, from overspray.
Mounting and Staging each piece for paint and customization
Primer - Sealer coats
Graphics (if applicable)
Buffing - polishing
2nd Clear Coat
Staging for reassembly - Matching each part with its unique serial number external and internal parts.
Testing - Machine and Human Testing. After an 8 hour machine test for functionally one of our technicians manually test each controller in Astros Playroom for functionally and evaluates each button press, movement, mic sensitivity for perfection.
Laser Engraving for orders that added a Name to their controller.
Shipping - Packaged securely in the original packaging, issued a Certificate of Authenticity displaying the unique serial number.
Tracking is then sent to the customer via email and updated on the order page.
If you select fast processing time, you jump to the front of the build line! Usually we complete your order in half of the current standard build time.

2.) Use the same email that you previously used to set up your original customer account.
3.) Re-enter your password and billing data.
4.) Once you have completed the above steps you will be able to re-access all of your account information and see your current order status.
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. We select the fastest delivery method possible based off your location.
We also offer Overnight Shipping.

We accept returns on orders that are not customized.

Yes, you may place as many orders as you like! Please be aware of our processing times for each product you wish to order because they may differ. We also reserve the right to limit orders in the event of limited inventory.
Our warranty covers any defect or malfunction resulting from the build process and does not cover issues caused by external heat, moisture, and/or physical damage that is observed within the warranty period.
Our warranty covers the work we preform. Including cleaning, jammed buttons from dirt and debris, and other issues that would arise from time of use.
Warranties regarding mic and charging port issues caused by physical damage are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. On occasion, issues may be able to be resolved by the customer with guidance from our support staff that will not void warranty.
